About Us

Errand and Concierge Service University™ (ECSU™), the brainchild of Angel Wilder, began in 2001 when after looking for ways to train students who wanted to start an errand or concierge business without having to travel, she created ECSU™ as an online email course. After discussing her concept with another industry business owner, ECSU was revived in a different platform. 

After receiving numerous requests to take ECSU™ around the country, Angel went live in 2005. She has visited various locations around the United States including Chicago, Baltimore, Atlanta, Kansas City, Dallas, Seattle, and Santa Clara. 2009 is the first year thatshe is going international, with her first destination being Toronto, Canada.

The ECSU™ seminars have trained hundreds of attendees in two and three days of a highly intensive boot camp style training. These seminars teach the fundamentals of what it takes to be the optimum errand or concierge business. Angel brings 10+ years of combined experience and knowledge to the concierge and errand service industry to continue to help others get their businesses started and take other business owners to the next level.
