Angel Wilder
Angel loves being of assistance to people whether it is delivering meals through her local Meals On Wheels program or volunteering time in other programs in her community. Having been a personal assistant in a former job, as well as an un-official errand runner for family and friends for many years, Angel started her own errand service, Angel At Your Service, in 1998 as a way to help others out and also to be able to stay at home with her three children.
She was featured in the June 2006 issue of Parents Magazine as well as the second edition of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Start Your own Personal Concierge Service and has had articles in the Wall Street Journal, Whittier Daily News, Life in the USA, the International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA) newsletter, and several other publications.
Her best selling book, Starting Your Own Errand Or Concierge Service, is well noted and respected as a premiere source of information for those who seek a career in the errand and concierge profession. In addition, thousands of clients around the world, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Aruba, Croatia, Singapore, Ireland, Puerto Rico, and England have purchased her industry related products since 1999.
She is in her second term as Vice President of Budget and Finance for ICEA after serving two terms as Secretary, founder of the MENTOR Program, serves as Chat Director, and was the 2005 Member of the Year. She has been a guest speaker at several ICEA Annual Conferences, including the upcoming 2009 Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, and has served on different panels at other Annual Conferences. She was the Community Leader for the Errand Service Board on iVillage for six years.
She received a degree in Entrepreneurship from Fullerton College in Southern California and continues to look for ways of expanding her knowledge in order to help others.
