Training
What if you could learn….
what myths and misconceptions surround the errand and concierge industry and how to move past them?
the systems and procedures you should have in place to complete your clients’ requests?
how to increase your business revenue after being in business for a while?
how to expand your business from one person to a multi-person operation?
the ins and outs of providing services to corporations?
how to deal with difficult clients when there are problems?
Starting your own business can be a scary experience. Unlike being an employee, where you just have one hat to wear, you will wear various hats as a business owner. If you are unsure where to start, you may take many unnecessary steps while setting up your business. If you have already opened the doors for business and you’re ready to grow, you may wonder what you can do next to continue further on your path to success.
As a business owner, I have already been through the good, bad, ugly, and growing pains that it took to get my business to where it is today. Instead of you recreating the wheel, ECSU™ will take the guesswork out of it for you because I will share my experiences to help you on your way to creating the type of business you want to run.
In the errand and concierge industry, we have people at three different levels. Beginning (for those that are just researching the industry or have just opened their doors for business), Intermediate (for those that have ben in business a couple of years), and Advanced (for those that have been in business 3+ years and are looking for new ideas or to move beyond where they currently are at).
ECSU is divided into three separate tracks: Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced so that you can choose what level you are at and get the training you want. Join us for one day or all three days whether it is training at your own pace via my At Home Training Program, learning from the comfort of your home via my ECSU Webinars, or learning live at my ECSU Seminars held in Riverside, California.
